Giving Admins and Co's the ability to un ip mute.

Kolvin we need the ability to un ip mute. Such as what happened between Kane and I spec u die. They ip muted each other. and iv tried everthing to un mute them..nothing happens. Same with co. so if u could make it to where we can un ip mute it would be great. thanks

yeah, I notice same problem, spec wanted to have hide and seek and he couldn't yell it,I had to and none believed me =/
