Hi Fangzscapers, I have been getting some private messages that the server was down, as you can see IT IS.
everybody just be patient, Kolvin is very busy and the server went offline, if you would like easy access to see if the server is online please visit, www.runelocus.com, search Fangzscape.
Sorry for the server being offline, be patient and wait until Kolvin can get on.
Why can't myself or any other staff put the server online? Well we don't have all the access we need, we certainly would of had the server up ASAP.

Sorry for the minor error with the server,
